John Unkefer established Legacy Builders of North Florida in 1997. John has over 20 years of construction experience to his credit. He received his bachelor’s degree in building construction from the University of North Florida and is a certified general contractor.
One-on-one contact is the business philosophy of Legacy Builders. John personally communicates with clients from start to finish on all projects, whether you’re building a new home, adding on to your existing home or simply remodeling.
